Ten years after Suzuki started the four-stroke outboard revolution with the award-winning Suzuki 70 HP DF 70ATL outboard motor , Suzuki is redefining the category with three new models, the DF70A, DF80A, and DF90A. As the first of Suzuki’s new generation of four-strokes, they are flagship models of progress and performance. Just think of the electronically controlled, sequential multi-point fuel injection system, the powerful 2.59:1 gear ratio and the maintenance-free, self-adjusting timing chain, which Suzuki used back in 1999 on the DF40/DF50. Furthermore, these outboard engines feature Suzuki’s proven offset drive shaft technology, which, in combination with the newly developed engine block, makes the DF70 a powerful four-stroke outboard engine.
