The new light and compact Suzuki DF140 enables gigantic performances because it only weighs 186kg. Features like a two-stage cam drive and an offset drive shaft make the DF140 the most compact four-stroke engine ever. It is therefore the ideal type of propulsion for a large number of boats and applications.
Like Suzuki’s other EFI 4-stroke engines, an ECM (Engine Control Module) and Suzuki’s Digital Sequential Multi-Point Fuel Injection system significantly reduce exhaust emissions, even exceeding CARB 2008 regulations while delivering better fuel economy, smoother starts, cleaner acceleration, smoother performance and have maximum efficiency.
