The new Suzuki 9.9 HP EFI outboard motor model DF9.9BTL5 includes a 20-inch long shaft, electric start, power tilt, and remote throttle and shift control as standard features. The 9.9 horsepower Suzuki outboard engine is ideal for medium to large jon boats and skiffs with long shafts, as well as auxiliary power for sailboats and trolling/kicker applications. This model has a push-button electric start and a built-in 12V charging system, weighing at 120 pounds.
In addition, all portable Suzuki models with an engine capacity of 20 horsepower or less that have an electric start retain the thru-cowl manual start pull cord.
