This is the world’s first 25 HP outboard motor featuring Lean Burn and Battery-Free Electronic Fuel Injection technology. The Suzuki EFI system functions without the use of batteries, which, in this horsepower class, is an industry first. I bought two product lines on their webshop, chose free shipping with collection in store. Then got an email that the one item was not in stock and would be sent directly from the supplier – shipping DKK 600.
A little email correspondence back and forth in a good tone. Billigpropel then announced that they would have the product sent to them, and I could (as I had ordered) pick up both product lines from them – free of charge.
We all make mistakes, but it doesn’t matter, it’s how a mistake is solved that’s important, and Billigpropel is an eminently good example here.
