Have been continuously in dialogue about spare parts for old boat engines and the purchase of new ones. Regardless of whether it has been quite a few NOK 100 or > NOK 10,000, the service has been the same every time and absolutely fantastic. Quick answers to questions and even with additional relevant information and sparring along the way. Can only recommend and will only use them for spare parts in the future.

If you make a mistake, you must admit it and correct it. this is an eminently good example here.

I bought two product lines on their webshop, chose free shipping with collection in store. Then got an email that the one item was not in stock and would be sent directly from the supplier – shipping DKK 600.

A little email correspondence back and forth in a good tone. Billigpropel then announced that they would have the product sent to them, and I could (as I had ordered) pick up both product lines from them – free of charge.

We all make mistakes, but it doesn’t matter, it’s how a mistake is solved that’s important, and Billigpropel is an eminently good example here.

Friendly and welcoming reception incl. coffee! Good and comprehensible technical information and subsequent helpfulness. For later on-line purchases of spare parts, etc. fast dispatch.
