All Yamaha 2-stroke engines from model year 2008 are exclusively for commercial use (for example: fishermen, fire brigade, police, SOLAS rescue boats, DLRG, THW…). They do not meet the limit values of the EU directive 2003/44/EG for pleasure craft.
