Dear Albert….Feel free to post this on your website……I waited until I had run my Merc 2018 Honda 9.9 Hp BFP10D3XHT….one season…..and I am more than totally satisfied…..the motor arrived in less than a week packed in a steel reinforced shipping container that prohibited any chance of damage…..when unpacked the engine looked as factory new to me….(and I am very picky)….I installed the engine on my Carolina Skiff with little fuss…..now check this….I hooked up the battery and just wanted to do a single crank over to prove I was getting power……the engine fired instantly and I was lucky I had taken the precaution to hook up water via the hose……as it idled away like it had been on the boat for years….instead of being in a shipping container 20 minutes earlier….I could not have a afforded a new engine for my skiff….I’m retired and live on a pension….but as far as I’m concerned I did get a new engine, at better then a used price and I only have you to thank….Let me close by saying….that as happy as I was with the motor…it was you and your help that really sealed it for me…through all my phone calls and questions you never let me down……Thank-you, Thank-you, Thank-you………….

We received the motor on time from Old Dominion and provided the 25 h.p. Mercury to our son for graduation. It was a big hit. He is currently on a fishing trip with his friends in the Northwoods. The motor starts ‘first pull’ every time and has all the power we had hoped for. He tells us it is very fuel efficient.
